I was impressed by the film, I’ve loved reading the graphic novel (my first one) and thought it transferred well to the big screen. I think it’s easier to grasp if you’ve read the book beforehand but still great entertainment. The Watchmen characters are cult icons and there is a big collectors fanbase out there.
